SPECIFICATION:

1.For installation in fire rated vertical wall or horizontal ceiling.

2.Fire rating: 1 hour independently tested by Exova Warringtonfire, ideal for gas safety industry's concealed boiler flue inspection requirements.

3.Material:  electro galvanised mild steel.

4.Insulation:  mineral wool insulation and draught stripped to reduce the opportunity of air leakage in application- meeting the highest levels of Building Regulation Part L.

5.Hinge: fully concealed door hinge

6.Lock:  a square T-key lock mechanism,  and key lock available on request.

7.Frame:  Visible picture frame surround smartly conceals cut out edges and contributes to a faster installation.

8.Surface Finish:  Polyester powder coated textured finish.

9.32mm low profile frame for installation with 15mm plaster board. 
10.Flush fitting door panels that can be fully removed for maximum access
